Our customers are our first priority, and we really mean it. When you start your own magazine company, you can make your own rules and we intend to revolutionize the entire experience - from when you first order your magazine to making sure we have the correct spelling of your child's name on the mailing label. We want to get it right!


To begin with, we believe the future lies in an electronic relationship with our customers - for ordering, renewing or just updating your subscription. Email communication saves us all time and money, and more than a few trees!


In addition, email communication allows us to remain in close contact with parents and gift-givers throughout the subscription period. We email a special "Grown-up Guide" when each magazine is mailed to give parents and gift-givers some tips and talking points about the current issue, as well as some helpful links to activities on our site and useful online resources. We've also learned that it is an excellent tool for alerting you if an issue has been lost in the mail. If that happens, no problem. Just send us an email and we'll send you a replacement.
